1. Production & Dispatch Timelines
Standard product orders are dispatched within 5-7 business days. Custom pigment coatings or large commercial orders require a production period of 10-15 business days. You will receive an SMS and email notification with tracking information once dispatch commences.
2. Transit & Delivery
We partner with reliable surface logisticians to ensure safe transit of bulky planters. Standard transit times across PAN India range between 3-6 business days depending on location. Deliveries are made to ground floor entrances; service elevators are required for high-rise installations.
3. Delivery Discrepancies
Please verify quantities and visual match during delivery. If any discrepancy is noted, please document it directly on the proof of delivery (POD) receipt card and contact us immediately.
